Welcome toTradewinds Residence

Tradewinds Residence is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in Superior, Wisconsin. We are licensed as a medium sized program (9 - 20 beds). Our facility is licensed by the state to provide residential services to adults who are experiencing symptoms or issues that are affecting their ability to live and work independently. We can provide a supportive environment for individuals who are coping with a mental illness, mild dementia or other conditions that limit the individuals ability to function on their own in the community. We also provide opportunities to utilize community resources and our program can be an excellent step between an institutional setting and independent living.
